Paper-Bag Press Line
A printing press that an operator feeds by hand, watched by one ceiling camera. The same feed answers four separate questions — who is in shot, how many bags went through, whether the press is running, and whether anybody is still at the workstation — and every person is covered by a solid mask before any of them is asked. The counts were scored against a physical ground truth: a strip of tape on the impression cylinder that passes the camera once per printed bag.
What this page shows
- A 33-second clip of the line with every overlay in the picture produced by a model.
- Redaction that keeps up with movement: a solid mask, recalculated on every frame, over people and over the operator's gloved hands.
- A per-bag count of what the press swallows, and the running-and-idle lane that falls out of the count timing without a second model.
- A language model reading short clips to answer one question — is anybody still at the workstation — which is not the same question as whether the press runs.
- What runs behind each capability, and the CLI commands to start from the nearest template on your own footage.
