Coarse labels tell you a hazard is there, not what it is. nuReasoning's clips carry scenario tags, but they are category-level — a flat taxonomy of 14 types, so wet asphalt and standing water are both just road_surface_hazard. We built a pipeline that watches the footage again and writes down the detail: it re-watches each clip's forward camera frame by frame and attaches its own event type, usually a subclass under it (wet asphalt vs. standing water, police vs. ambulance, a driver-side door vs. a door into traffic), and a plain-language description of the scene. It runs the same way on your own video.
