Iron Ore Belt Load

An overhead camera above an iron-ore conveyor, and one segmentation model on every frame. The same masks give the belt load, the time the belt runs empty, and an alert for each foreign object — wood, a clamp, a hammer. The model learned from frames that SAM3 and Gemini labelled, with no labels made by hand.
